In our Merchant portal, it is possible to whitelist IP addresses from which your users will be able to login into the portal. All other IP addresses can be blocked.
By default, you are allowed to log into the portal from all IP addresses.
To whitelist only your IP address, you have to:
- Log into the Merchant portal
- On the left side, click on “General settings.”
- Click “Edit” Allowed IP addresses.
- Click on the “Enabled” button. Now your IP address, from which you are changing those settings, will be automatically whitelisted and all others will be blocked. You can also add additional or delete existing IP addresses.
If you accidentally blocked your IP address or you want to access from another IP address, your company primary contact person can request changes via email firstname.lastname@example.org
