Payments are failing because of 3D authentication or are stuck in Abandoned status
Make sure that you can make online payments (you have enabled this option in your internet bank)
Make sure that you know the authentication method (Smart-ID, SMS, etc.)
Make sure that your browser is up to date, and you have a disabled pop-up and ad blockers
If customers are using Smart-ID while being abroad, they have to make sure the WiFi connection is good or roaming is enabled
If customers are using for authentication SMS code from the bank, they have to make sure that the phone has a connection and they can receive confirmation SMS
